I’m Jess — wedding painter, photographer, and visual storyteller in Ottawa, Canada.

I’m all about capturing those beautiful human moments — the memories you reach for over and over. Whether it’s through a lens or a paintbrush, my work is about preserving the feeling of a moment, not just the look of it.

I’ve been taking pictures and capturing memories my entire life, but I only got serious about this craft in 2023. Joining the community of wedding photographers let me bring to life something I’d always dreamed of — the wondrous, artsy-fartsy worlds I saw in my imagination. Live wedding painting grew out of that same instinct: while photography freezes a moment in time, painting lets me build something you can hang on your wall — a piece that keeps evolving in front of your guests as your day unfolds.

Together, these two crafts let me tell your story in more than one dimension: the documentary honesty of photography, paired with the warmth and artistry of a hand-painted keepsake.
